T.A.D Watts is the Managing Director of Boskovic Air Charters Ltd. T.A.D. is Kenya born and raised. He learned to fly in Nairobi, gaining his Private Pilots license in 1970.

He underwent further flight training in Fort Worth, Texas, where he received both his Commercial license and Airline Transport Pilot license.

He has spent over 30 years flying throughout East and Central Africa, accumulating an invaluable wealth of experience and knowledge of local flying conditions. He currently has over 13,000 hours of flight experience.

Very much a "hands on" manager, T.A.D is still an active pilot with Boskovic. He believes flying with his aircraft and crew is the best means of keeping in touch with his business, and he plays an active role in the training and development of his pilots and ground crew.
